With this service, you are hiring an individual to come into your loved one's abode and provide care for them there. That is why you must have complete confidence and peace-of-mind that the person coming to care for your loved one's home has nothing but the best intentions for them.

We are proud to say that we are family owned and operated to this day. Members of the Lindsay family live across Northern Virginia and are grateful to call it home. We live in the same communities in which we serve our clients. Therefore, we don't see a client just as a person to be served, we see them as our friend and neighbor.
We believe that the closer you are to someone, the more you care for them. This is true in many areas of life, but it is especially true in home care. That is why, with us, you will always get to deal with people that live (quite literally) next door.

Caregivers That Care
We truly believe that a home care company is only as good as the caregivers it employs. Caregivers are the face of any agency, as they are the individuals who provide the direct care to our clients. Therefore, we believe that if we have caregivers who lack a caring ethos, then we will suffer in building and maintaining a trusting relationship with our clients and community. That is why we only select caregivers who can perform the care in a way that upholds our two core principles, to Love & Serve our clients. That is why we:
A) Only hire the top 10% of applicants,
B) Interview each caregiver multiple times before hire,
C) Ensure all documentation is checked, including references,
D) Train and orient new staff,
E) Give preference to caregivers with existing experience.
We also strive to build trust between us and our caregivers. We have learned through experience that if our caregivers can't trust us, then our relationships with our clients suffer as well. That is why we invest heavily into our existing caregiver base who we know will provide the best possible care to your loved one. We are grateful to say that we have had caregivers who have worked for us for as long as 10, 15, 20 and even 25 years!

Meet an ACC Caregiver: Paige
To put it to you simply, Paige is awesome! She has been with us for a couple of years now, and every client she works with she sparks instant connection and joy.
When Paige first started with us, she was just a companion. However, through hard work and determination, she went on to study and become a CNA while working full-time with us.
