Subject: Letter from President of ACCfamily, Inc. Regarding COVID-19

All,

As you are undoubtedly aware, the COVID-19 virus is spreading across the globe and is specifically spreading quickly across both the east and west coasts of the United States.  The virus is spreading into the central regions of the United States as well.

The safety and well-being of our clients and caregivers is our utmost concern.  To this end, our teams are working to execute our Infectious Disease Outbreak Response Plan.  The specifics of this plan are too specialized to be contained in this short notice, but our desire is that you know we are executing our plan to insure each of our clients and employees are safe and can weather this storm with peace.

Each family and each person is unique.  We are taking each person into consideration in our plan.  As the situation evolves, we will monitor not only the spread of the disease, but each person entrusted to our care and will make every effort to communicate status updates as necessary and as promptly as we can.

We are taking into consideration all Federal, State and local laws as well as OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) and Department of Labor regulations.  We are monitoring the World Health Organization and the Centers for Disease Control websites for all updates and guidance.

We are confident this storm will pass over and we will tell stories of this time to our kids and grandkids.  Until then, we will take every action necessary to protect all those entrusted to our care.  If you have any questions, we remain on call 24 hours a day at the numbers listed above next to the addresses in the letterhead.
